interactive experience featuring some of the top reliability experts in the
world - the participants.
Allied Reliability,
Ron Moore Group and Reliability Web present the much anticipated,
Reliability Transformation Workshop. Each day builds on the previous as you
watch ABC Company take its journey to reliability. The information below
provides some background on the ABC Company that details their current
situation and their anticipated growth needs.
Background: ABC
Company is growing and currently sold out in one of its major businesses.
Market demand is expected to increase substantially within the next 5
years. Current production capacity is limited and not expected to be able
to meet the increasing demand within the next 12-24 months. The long range
capacity and demand profile is outlined in Figure 1 below.

is reviewing its options for supporting this anticipated growth in its
markets. Their 3 options are summarized as follows:

Invest considerable additional capital into building new capacity
2.
Acquire some of its competitors’ assets – under consideration
presently
3.
Get more out of the existing assets by finding the hidden plant

Reliability (ROAR)TM for closing the gap between current
and desired state

Compare the three options and
determine which option will have the most positive impact on
shareholder value
