I just wanted to take a minute and thank
you for the excellent event. What a great time, and there was so much good
information, it was like drinking water from a fire hose.
All of the staff was really helpful and everything could not have been
organized better.
At the ending session, you asked if there was anything we would be
implementing in the plant when we got back- as luck would have it, I spent
more than 8 hours traveling with my plant manager today, and we spent a lot
of that time discussing things relating directly to the conference. Thanks
for the education, and for the ammunition!

I thought I’d drop you a note to tell
you how GREAT this conference was. I have been too many conference
over the years but this one stands out. The organization was
flawless. Your people were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and
courteous. The speakers were knowledgeable and right to the point.
Honestly, I don’t know how you can do things better.
