management by Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Use them to gain knowledge
but substitute leadership for management by numbers

people to enjoy their work and take pride in workmanship
13) Institute
a vigorous program of training and self- improvement
14) Put
everyone in charge of change – it is everyone’s job
